Nadia is passionate about helping you live a pain free life by improving the way your body moves. With over fifteen years of experience, Nadia has helped over a thousand people recover from discomfort and injuries.
Nadia’s knowledge of human anatomy, nutrition and health allows her to develop treatment plans that treat the root cause of problems rather than just the symptoms.
Nadia is passionate about
empowering you to create positive and healthy changes through movement, nutrition and corrective
exercises.
Nadia’s patients are from every walk of life from celebrities to teachers, music producers to construction workers, the very
young to the elderly.
Shalene Philip
ITEC
Lead Massage Therapist at Back 2 Well-Being
Shalene is a Registered Massage Therapist and Reflexologist with over 12 years of experience. She has vast experience with a
variety of cases.
Shalene has extensive training in a range of treatment techniques including sports, deep tissue, relaxation
and pregnancy massage. This training helps her address a full spectrum of issues that prevent people from
doing what they love most.
Having taken part in the London Marathon, Shalene understands the importance of allowing your body to recover and
regenerate after heavy training. Sessions with Shalene are tailored to your individual needs in order to obtain optimal results. In
addition, Shalene uses Muscle Energy Techniques to stretch tight muscles/fascia, mobilise joints and improve circulation.
Shalene’s interest in the human body continues to evolve for at present she is studying Physiotherapy at the University of
Hertfordshire.
Outside of her clinical practice, Shalene has provided massages at many charity events, including the London Marathon, Ride
London, The Right To Play Tour of London 300 Mile Bike Ride, numerous Dorney Lake Triathlons and local 5k and 10k running
events.
In her spare time, Shalene enjoys running, strength-training and is trying to achieve her black belt in shotokan karate.
